Hire of Pavilion Main Hall

We hire the main hall in the pavilion by the hour. We offer a special discount rate for Childrens Parties (for Children under 12 years old), plus we also cater for Adult Parties for adults over 21 years old.  A refundable deposit will be required for Children's Parties (£50) or Adult Evening Bookings (£250).  These will be refunded, usually within 7 days of the booking date, assuming the Pavilion is left in the condition in which it was hired and is vacated at the agreed time.

Hire of Cricket Ground and Facilities

We hire the Cricket Ground and Facilities by the match. The teams must bring their own equipment (stumps, bails, bats & balls), we provide separate changing facilities for each team, each with its own showers and toilets, and, of course, a well-maintained cricket ground.

Hire of Meeting Room

We hire the pavilion Meeting Room by the hour. The meeting room can accommodate 10 people, and is equiped with a sink and worktop to allow for the preparation of light refreshments.

* A non-refundable £30 booking fee (£10 for the meeting room) applies to ALL bookings and is payable immediately to confirm a hire date in our diary.

The hire charge and any applicable refundable deposits are to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the hire date.
